Leurs valeurs sont le travail d'équipe, l'engagement fort envers leurs clients, l'innovation constante dans les produits et dans les processus de fabrication.Votre missionRattaché(e) à la Direction Financière, vous pilotez le contrôle de gestion du groupe et supervisez une équipe de quatre contrôleurs de gestion intervenant sur des périmètres distincts. Vous accompagnez la Direction dans le suivi de la stratégie grâce à des budgets, des reportings et des analyses utiles à la décision. Encadrer et coordonner l'équipe controlling· Superviser et accompagner une équipe de quatre contrôleurs de gestion intervenant sur différents périmètres du groupe.· Coordonner les priorités et veiller à la qualité ainsi qu'à la cohérence des analyses produites.Piloter les budgets et les reportings· Élaborer et suivre les budgets des différentes sociétés du groupe.· Établir les reportings analytiques, financiers, commerciaux et ESG.· Analyser les résultats et les écarts afin d'éclairer les décisions de la Direction.Suivre la performance économique· Superviser les clôtures comptables et de production et analyser les écarts.· Suivre les coûts de revient, l'évolution des prix des matières premières et les marges.Développer les outils et les projets transverses· Piloter les projets de controlling transverses aux différentes sociétés du groupe.· Développer les outils d'analyse, les tableaux de bord et les indicateurs de performance.· Contribuer aux projets BI et à la fiabilité des données dans SAP. Votre profil· Vous disposez d'une expérience solide en contrôle de gestion, idéalement acquise dans un environnement industriel.· Vous possédez des qualités managériales confirmées et savez fédérer, coordonner et accompagner une équipe.· Rigoureux(se) et structuré(e), vous disposez de solides capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.· Bon(ne) communicant(e), vous êtes à l'aise avec des interlocuteurs variés, internes comme externes.· Vous êtes à l'aise en français et en allemand.· Vous maîtrisez Excel et les outils Microsoft Office. La connaissance de SAP constitue un avantage.· Vous appréciez les environnements transverses et savez transformer les données en informations utiles à la décision.
