Hiring Package Details:

Competitive salary with productivity model Comprehensive benefits – includes 401k ~2-year partnership track

Partnership Track:

No buy-in opportunity at productivity (typically ~2 years) All profits equally allocated to partners based on their FTE %, not on their tenure

Ideal Candidate:
