The posting

Samen met een hecht, goed georganiseerd team van procesoperatoren en procesingenieurs sta je als procesingenieur waterzuivering in voor de opvolging en optimalisatie van onze waterzuiveringsinstallaties. In een boeiende afwisseling tussen bureau en terrein, tussen analyse en uitvoering zorg jij ervoor dat onze installaties steeds optimaal werken.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opvolging: je controleert en volgt de werking van installaties op (chemieverbruik, installatieparameters en technische staat van de zuiveringen), je neemt waterstalen, je rapporteert observaties,…
  • Optimalisatie: Je stelt installaties en processen fijn af om de hoogste efficiëntie, minimale chemicaliënconsumptie en optimale waterkwaliteit te behalen, volledig conform de lozingsnormen.
  • Inbedrijfstelling: je start gloednieuwe waterbehandelingsinstallaties op locatie op, voert I/O‑testen uit, configureert systemen en test tot in detail diverse processen (anaerobe en aerobe zuiveringen, MBR, waterhergebruik).
  • Je werkt voornamelijk op locatie bij de klant in Vlaanderen, soms ook buiten Vlaanderen.
  • Je neemt 1x om de 6 weken deel aan de wachtdienst.
  • Je bent een Master bio-ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur chemie of biochemie of je hebt gelijkgestelde aantoonbare professionele ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beheerst het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent observatief en communicatief
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van veiligheid en omgaan met chemicaliën.
  • Je denkt en handelt proactief.
  • Je hebt een leergierige mindset en versterkt met jouw groeiende expertise het team bij het realiseren van slimme, toekomstgerichte wateroplossingen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je mentale oplosser switcht aan bij onvoorziene obstakels en uitdagingen.
  • Je vindt het fijn om zowel samen met een team als autonoom te werken en initiatief te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
