Waar zijn we naar op zoek?

Je zet jouw analytisch vermogen en cijfermatig inzicht om in objectieve rapportages en bruikbare adviezen. Met gedegen onderzoek maak je inzichtelijk hoe beleid werkt en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van economisch en maatschappelijk beleid. Zo help je opdrachtgevers om verantwoorde beslissingen te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt aan economische en maatschappelijke vraagstukken rond thema’s als duurzaamheid, inclusie, ondernemerschap, marktwerking, regeldruk en arbeidsmarkt. Voorbeelden zijn de evaluatie van de hersteloperatie kinderopvangtoeslag, de landelijke lhbtiqa+-monitor, evaluaties van maatschappelijke instellingen, de monitor kindermarketing en onderzoek naar de impact van AI op de creatieve sector.

Als onderzoeker/adviseur volg je maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen op de voet en verdiep je je in de behoeften van onze opdrachtgevers. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • uitvoeren van kwantitatief onderzoek, eventueel aangevuld met kwalitatief onderzoek;
  • meeschrijven aan offertes en ontwikkelen van onderzoeksdesigns;
  • vertalen van onderzoeksresultaten naar toegankelijke rapporten, presentaties en adviezen;
  • samenwerken met projectmanagers en collega’s uit verschillende expertiseteams;
  • samenwerken met nationale en, waar relevant, Europese partners.

Wat vragen wij?

Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt zorgvuldig en krijgt energie van onderzoek dat opdrachtgevers daadwerkelijk verder helpt.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je een relevante academische opleiding afgerond, bijvoorbeeld Algemene Economie, Bedrijfseconomie of Econometrie;
  • heb je ervaring met kwantitatieve onderzoeksmethoden, grote datasets en statistische software, zoals SPSS of Python;
  • is ervaring met economische of arbeidsmarktmodellen een pre;
  • werk je proactief, zelfstandig en gestructureerd;
  • ben je een teamspeler die graag samen resultaten behaalt;
  • bewaak je de kwaliteit van je werk;
  • communiceer je helder en overtuigend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • leg en onderhoud je gemakkelijk relevante contacten;
  • beheers je het Nederlands op professioneel niveau en heb je een goede beheersing van het Engels.
