- Suporte de gerenciamento de incidentes do Follow The Sun (FTS) para todas as soluções de arquivamento e gerenciamento de documentos - Manutenção da integridade/disponibilidade do sistema e controles para soluções de arquivamento e gerenciamento de documentos - Fornecimento de relatórios e métricas de partes interessadas do sistema com indicadores-chave de desempenho - Coordenação da execução técnica de grandes atividades multifuncionais - Trabalho com outras equipes de suporte da EMIT para restaurar o serviço resultante de interrupções não planejadas, fornecendo suporte de gerenciamento de incidentes - Análise dos requisitos técnicos - Produção/atualização da documentação de padrões básicos necessários - Criação e teste de sistemas de prova de conceito - Realização de atividades de administração do sistema - Implementação de monitoramento de sistema/alerta e verificações proativas de integridade - Fornecimento de serviços regulares de manutenção do sistema (por exemplo, manutenção de RFC, perfis SAP, limpeza do sistema de arquivos, grupos de login/balanceamento de carga, etc.) - Fornecimento de gerenciamento de problemas para questões de propriedade do grupo de suporte de arquivamento - Planejamento e execução de atualizações e aprimoramentos do sistema - Suporte a implementações de alterações de infraestrutura (por exemplo, atualizações de aplicativos, banco de dados, sistema operacional, hardware) - Realização de monitoramento de capacidade (por exemplo, CPU, disco, spool, memória, etc.)

- Análise e resolução de problemas de desempenho no(s) sistema(s) - Executar testes de recuperação de desastres e cibernética - Gerenciar tarefas de limpeza e arquivamento de dados - Fornecer suporte rotativo de plantão fora do horário comercial - Construir e configurar soluções e servidores de arquivamento e gerenciamento de documentos de acordo com práticas, projetos e diretrizes padrão - Executar certificação para novos serviços. - Manter a documentação do sistema sempre atualizada com novos componentes e outras atualizações - Fornecer recomendações técnicas focadas em atualizações e outras correções. - Propor e implementar novos processos que melhorem a qualidade e a quantidade dos entregáveis.
