Encarrega-se da organização e do acompanhamento das rotinas técnicas da área biomédica, assegurando a qualidade dos processos, a confiabilidade dos resultados e o cumprimento dos procedimentos e normas aplicáveis. Orienta a equipe, monitora recursos e equipamentos e contribui para a melhoria contínua das atividades, atuando com autonomia compatível com a senioridade plena.

  • • Coordenar e acompanhar as rotinas técnicas da área, distribuindo tarefas, orientando a equipe e verificando o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais estabelecidos.
  • • Supervisionar etapas de recebimento, identificação, preparo, processamento e armazenamento de amostras, observando critérios de qualidade e requisitos de rastreabilidade.
  • • Monitorar controles internos e externos da qualidade, analisar ocorrências e desvios, apoiar a investigação de causas e acompanhar a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de biossegurança, higiene e descarte de resíduos, orientando os profissionais sobre práticas seguras e uso adequado de equipamentos de proteção.
  • • Acompanhar a operação, conservação e calibração dos equipamentos, registrar falhas e providenciar ou encaminhar solicitações de manutenção conforme os fluxos da instituição.
  • • Revisar registros técnicos, documentos e resultados dentro de sua competência, zelando pela consistência das informações, pela confidencialidade e pela comunicação de não conformidades.
  • • Apoiar a integração e o treinamento de colaboradores, esclarecer dúvidas sobre procedimentos e avaliar necessidades de atualização técnica da equipe.
  • • Controlar materiais, reagentes e insumos da área, acompanhar níveis de estoque, prazos de validade e condições de armazenamento, solicitando reposição quando necessário.
  • • Elaborar relatórios de rotina e indicadores, comunicar resultados relevantes à liderança e propor melhorias para aumentar a eficiência, a segurança e a qualidade dos processos.
  • • Colaborar com auditorias e inspeções, organizar evidências e registros técnicos e acompanhar planos de ação relacionados às atividades da área.
