  • kontrolą obiegu towaru - weryfikacją zgodności stanów magazynowych z systemem oraz nadzorem nad przesunięciami międzymagazynowymi, weryfikacją zamówień i raportów - sprawdzaniem ilości, zgodności z planem zatowarowania oraz asortymentem, nadzorem nad realizacją rabatów - analizą poprawności przyznawanych rabatów i identyfikacją potencjalnych nadużyć, analizą zwrotów i strat - wskazywaniem powtarzalnych problemów i rekomendowaniem działań korygujących, weryfikacją onboardingu handlowców - kontrolą poprawności danych oraz jakości pierwszych raportów sprzedażowych, analizą efektywności tras - porównywaniem planów z rzeczywistymi wynikami, kontrolą promocji i cen - sprawdzaniem poprawności wdrożeń w systemach oraz analizą ich skuteczności, kontrolą standardów wizualnych - oceną dokumentacji zdjęciowej dostarczanej przez handlowców i audytorów, tworzeniem bazy błędów i rekomendacji - systematyzowaniem nieprawidłowości jako podstawy do zmian operacyjnych, koordynacją danych pomiędzy działami - dbaniem o spójność danych w systemach oraz raportach rozliczeniowych.

Ta rola będzie dla Ciebie, jeśli:

  • masz doświadczenie w obszarze kontrolingu operacyjnego, analizie danych lub rozliczeniach sprzedaży,
  • bardzo dobrze znasz Excel/Google Sheets,
  • masz umiejętność samodzielnego dochodzenia do przyczyn problemów i wdrażania usprawnień- traktujesz to jako ciekawe wyzwanie,
  • potrafisz zadawać trudne pytania, których celem jest usprawniania procesów,
  • lubisz kontakt z ludźmi i potrafisz w jasny sposób wytłumaczyć dane analityczne każdemu,
  • dokładność, systematyczność i proaktywne podejście leży w Twojej naturze.

Mile widziane:

  • znasz systemy typu Nomee / Ecologic lub pokrewnych,
  • umiejętności Power Query, SQL lub Power BI.
