Tööülesanded: SINU ROLL:• Laste, noorukite ja täiskasvanute vaimse tervise hindamine ning ravi planeerimine ja pakkumine ambulatoorse psühhiaatria raames. • Diagnooside seadmine, ravi- ja sekkumisplaanide koostamine ning ravi juhtimine koostöös meeskonna teiste spetsialistidega (psühholoogid, õed, nõustajad jt). • Vajadusel ja kokkuleppel ka psühhiaatrilise nõustamise pakkumine sotsiaalse ja tööalase rehabilitatsiooni raames. • Töö dokumenteerimine vastavalt kehtivatele seadustele ja nõuetele.

Muud nõuded: KEDA OTSIME?• Sul on läbitud arsti üldväljaõpe ning läbitud või läbimisel psühhiaatria residentuur (residendi töö toimub eriarsti juhendamisel). • Suhtud hoolivuse ja empaatiaga erivajadustega inimestesse. • Sul on head analüüsi-, ajaplaneerimise- ja iseseisva töö oskused. • Sul on hea suhtlemis- ja meeskonnatööoskus. • Valdad eesti keelt väga heal tasemel nii kõnes kui kirjas. • Oskad kasutada arvutit ja digilahendusi (e-post, dokumendihaldustarkvara jt).

Kasuks tuleb: • Eelnev töökogemus psühhiaatri või psühhiaatria residendina. • Pikaajalised erialased väljaõpped (vaimse tervise valdkonna eriala spetsiifilised koolitused). • Vene ja/või inglise keeles nõustamise oskus.
