Du trägst mit Begeisterung, Empathie und Liebe zum Detail sowohl zum Verkauf unserer Produkte als auch zur einzigartigen Customer Experience unserer Kund:innen bei und repräsentierst unser Konzept authentisch - ein Teilzeitjob mit Impact.

Dein Profil

  • Gastgeber:in mit Herz. Du verwandelst jeden Besuch in unserem Store in Stuttgart in ein Erlebnis – durch persönliche Ansprache, individuellen Service und deine Fähigkeit, Kund:innen zu begeistern.
  • Storytelling im Store. Du nimmst unsere Kund:innen mit auf eine Reise – berätst mit Herz, inspirierst mit Kreativität und schaffst echte Aha-Momente.
  • Beratung, die inspiriert. Du erkennst Bedürfnisse, überraschst mit kreativen Ideen und präsentierst unsere Produkte so, dass sie echte Emotionen wecken.
  • Social Spirit. Du machst unseren Store in Stuttgart nicht nur zu einem Shopping-Hotspot, sondern auch zu einem Ort des Austauschs und der Begegnung – offline und wenn du magst auch durchs Teilen von Insights bei Social Media.
  • Store-Care. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte optimal präsentiert sind und der Store immer einladend wirkt.
  • Events und Aktionen. Ob kleine Workshops oder besondere Erlebnisse wie Tea Tastings – du bringst frische Ideen ein und schaffst mit deinem Team echte Highlights in Stuttgart.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Lifestyle-Bereich. Du liebst Customer Service - Du trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg von P&T bei, indem du den Verkaufsprozess mit Leidenschaft und Expertise gestaltest.
  • Verkaufstalent. Mit deinem Enthusiasmus für Ästhetik, Qualität und unser Konzept schaffst du es, unsere Produkte zum Leben zu erwecken und unvergessliche Einkaufserlebnisse zu gestalten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke. Mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung begeisterst du Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen gleichermaßen - Storytelling ist genau dein Ding.
  • Authentizität. Du bist du selbst und genau das ist deine Stärke - Du liebst es, Neues auszuprobieren, Ideen einzubringen und den Store-Alltag vielseitig zu gestalten.
