With solid experience in coordinating B2B events, join the Paperjam Club, Luxembourg's leading business club, as an Event Coordinator (m/f/x).Within the event production team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Club's events. Your Responsibilities• Manage event projects and logistics for the events offered each season to Club members;• Coordinate the organization of events (10x6, workshops, lunches, etc.) through all stages of preparation (briefing, timeline compliance, preparation, selection and management of service providers, budget follow-up, logistics management, on-site hosting and coordination on the day of the event, debriefing);• Contribute to the general communication for each event under your responsibility (sending invitations, handling registrations and attendance confirmations);• During events, manage guest reception, catering, sponsors, service providers, and coordination of technical services;• Demonstrate creativity and thoroughness by researching and proposing venues and partners aligned with the initial brief;• Contribute to overall member satisfaction and ensure the quality of the events, while monitoring the performance of the various service providers.Your Profile• Degree in event management or Marketing / Communication;• Proven experience of at least 5 years in event coordination, preferably in the B2B sector;• Good knowledge of Luxembourg, its economic players, cultural spots, and unique venues;• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with various stakeholders;• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and solve problems creatively;• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;• Enjoy teamwork but also capable of working autonomously, methodically, and rigorously;• Strong writing skills, full proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in French and English (Luxembourgish and German are considered assets).
