Reporting directly to the CEO and supporting the entire Executive Committee, the Strategic Project Manager helps turn Paperjam's strategic priorities into structured action plans and tangible results.Your responsibilities• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from scoping through to implementation;• Translate Management decisions into action plans and ensure effective follow-up;• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward;• Analyse and structure strategic topics and prepare the information and materials required to support decision-making;• Monitor priorities, deadlines and roadblocks, and actively contribute to resolving them;• Facilitate coordination between the CEO, the Executive Committee and Paperjam's various business functions.Your profile• You hold a Master's degree from a business school or university;• You have a proven track record in managing strategic or cross-functional projects, ideally within executive management, consulting, or a demanding entrepreneurial environment;• You combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to execution and can quickly move from strategy to action;• You stand out for your rigour, autonomy and ability to prioritise, as well as your capacity to manage several topics simultaneously.
