About the Role

Paradi Coffee is a specialty cafe dedicated to precision-crafted coffee, artisanal bakes, waffles, and gelato pairings.

As we prepare for our opening, we’re looking for a skilled, proactive, and organized Service Crew / Barista, to join our founding team! f you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in culinary precision, and want to help build a tight-knit team culture, we’d love to have you onboard!

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft specialty coffee, drinks, and food items strictly to brand recipe and visual standards.
  • Provide warm, welcoming service and build positive relationships with guests.
  • Maintain station organization and strict "clean-as-you-go" hygiene practices.
  • Multitask efficiently during peak hours across barista, kitchen prep, cashiering, and hall duties.
  • Build solid knowledge of our coffee, tea, and menu offerings to share with guests.
  • Demonstrate shift reliability, punctuality, and flexible team collaboration

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid WSQ Food Safety certification.
  • Basic/intermediate latte art skills & commercial espresso machine experience.
  • High accountability for drink quality and visual consistency.
  • Calm, effective multitasking during peak-hour rushes.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
