Als Senior Social Media Strategist (Lead Position) bist du die Person, die den Überblick hat und weiß, wie Social heute und morgen funktioniert. Du denkst nicht in Posts, sondern in Strategien, die Stories erzählen, Communities aktivieren und Marken nahbar machen. Dabei bist du Sparringspartner:in für Kund:innen, arbeitest eng mit Kreation & Produktion zusammen und bringst deine Ideen überall ein, wo’s zählt.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Entwicklung von ganzheitlichen Social-Media-Strategien: Von Zieldefinition über Zielgruppenanalyse bis hin zu Content- und Kanalplanung
  • Strategische Beratung unserer Kund:innen sowie das Halten von Top-Präsentationen in Pitches und Meetings
  • Identifikation und Nutzung von etablierten und innovativen Plattformen - von Instragram & TikTok bis hin zu Reddit oder Nischen-Communities
  • Erstellung von Briefings für Kreation und Produktion in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams
  • Du bringst dein Production-Know-How in Content-Projekte ein: Hands-on und mit dem Blick für's Ganze
  • Trend- und Marktbeobachtung, um unsere Kund:innen stets mit frischen Impulsen zu inspirieren
  • Du packst gerne deine Tasche für Reisen zu Kund:innen, Projekten oder Konferenzen. Nah dran zu sein ist für uns auch eine physische Frage und mandatory

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media Strategy auf Senior-Level
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Social-Media-Kampagnen und -Strategien
  • Du hast verstanden, dass gute Arbeit im Team entsteht und kein Egotrip ist - Work before Ego
  • Begeisterung für digitale Plattformen und Experimente mit neuen Kanälen
  • Starke Präsentations- und Pitch-Skills mit Gespür für Storytelling
  • Sicher in der Kundenberatung und in der Steuerung interner und externer Teams
  • Erfahrung in Kreation, Produktion und Contententwicklung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Reisefreude
