  • Customer and Market Execution: Maintain a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer needs, access and reimbursement considerations, and the patient journey. Support Territory Managers in developing effective customer and account strategies and engage directly with priority customers and key stakeholders when appropriate.
  • Product and Therapeutic Expertise: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of TYMLOS, the relevant disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and applicable access and reimbursement considerations. Ensure Territory Managers are prepared to communicate approved product information accurately, effectively, and compliantly.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner effectively with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to align regional execution, address business opportunities and barriers, and communicate actionable field and customer insights to Commercial Leadership.
  • Business Planning and Resource Management: Manage regional budget, expenses, and resources in a fiscally responsible manner. Maintain disciplined planning and follow-through across regional priorities, field execution, administrative responsibilities, and required business processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
