The posting

Opdracht:Arbeidscoaching is een hulpverleningsvorm waarbij de klemtoon ligt op de “zorg rond arbeid”: zowel krachten versterken, als het aanpakken van de belemmeringen in het arbeidstraject. Dit kan zowel om trajectbegeleiding als om loopbaanbegeleiding gaan.

De arbeidscoach Is de ondersteuner in de cliënt zijn/haar individuele vraag rond arbeid. Samen met de cliënt worden de (rand)voorwaarden gecreëerd en onderhouden. In samenspraak met de cliënt worden zo mogelijke individuele veranderingsprocessen op gang gebracht richting arbeid. De arbeidscoach is niet verbonden met andere arbeidsbegeleidingsdiensten zoals VDAB, GTB; er wordt wel waar nodig en op maat samengewerkt met deze diensten. Trajectbegeleiding Gedurende de trajectbegeleiding zal de arbeidscoach voor de cliënt een ruggensteun en rode draad zijn in de zoektocht naar een job. Deze begeleiding wordt afgestemd op de individuele hulpvraag van de cliënt en kan verschillende vormen aannemen:

o Begeleiden van de cliënt naar de juiste arbeidsbegeleidingsdiensten

o Organiseren van eventuele voortrajecten (vb. vrijwilligerswerk)

o Bewaken van het stappenplan en de doelbepaling

o Oriëntatie: uitdieping van de arbeidsvraag Loopbaanbegeleiding De loopbaanbegeleidingen worden gerealiseerd tijdens de periode dat de cliënt (opnieuw) arbeidsactief is.

Profiel

· Je hebt een Bachelor, bij voorkeur in de menswetenschappen

· Je kiest voor herstelgericht, verbindend en emancipatorisch werken

· Je hebt affiniteit met krachtgericht werken

· Je hebt kennis/ervaring met psychische kwetsbaarheden

· Je bent geïnteresseerd in de wisselwerking tussen werk, geestelijke gezondheidszorg en welzijn

· Je hebt zicht op de regionale voorzieningen welzijn, geestelijke gezondheidszorg en werkbegeleiding

· Je houdt van pionieren en ontwikkelingsgericht werken

· Zin voor samenwerken kenmerkt je natuurlijke stijl

· Je hebt een pragmatische geest, je bent zowel denk- als doelgericht

· Je vindt voldoening in zowel individueel als groepsmatig werk

· Je werkt vlot met de verschillende MS Officetoepassingen
