Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Technischer Kundensupport: Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen über unser Ticketsystem, per E-Mail und am Telefon.
  • Fehleranalyse: Du analysierst Bedienungs-, Konfigurations-, Infrastruktur- und Softwareprobleme und grenzt deren Ursachen systematisch ein.
  • Application Support: Du unterstützt bei technischen Fragen zu unserer webbasierten Anwendung sowie bei der Installation, Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung der Terminalsoftware.
  • System-Support: Du analysierst Probleme auf Windows- und Linux-Systemen sowie bei Netzwerken, Synchronisation und der Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Systemkomponenten.
  • Terminals und Hardware: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen zu Ausgabeterminals, Kartenlesern und angeschlossener Hardware.
  • Eskalation: Du reproduzierst und dokumentierst komplexere Fehlerbilder einschließlich relevanter Logs und übergibst nicht im Support lösbare Fälle qualifiziert an unsere Softwareentwicklung.
  • Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit: Du dokumentierst Lösungen und arbeitest eng mit Support, Softwareentwicklung, Onboarding und weiteren internen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Dein Profil - das bringst du mit:

  • Supporterfahrung: Du verfügst über Erfahrung im IT- oder Application Support in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld. Eine IT-Ausbildung ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung – auch als Quereinsteiger bist Du mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung willkommen.
  • Windows- und Anwendungskenntnisse: Du kennst Dich mit Windows-Systemen, webbasierten Anwendungen und typischen Client-Problemen aus.
  • Netzwerkgrundlagen: Du kannst Netzwerk-, Erreichbarkeits- und Kommunikationsprobleme strukturiert analysieren und eingrenzen.
  • Technische Fehleranalyse: Du bist bereit, bei der Fehlersuche auch mit Kommandozeile, Logdateien, Konfigurationen und Datenbanken zu arbeiten.
  • Eigenständigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz: Du gehst technischen Problemen analytisch auf den Grund, entwickelst selbstständig passende Lösungswege und verfolgst Deine Supportfälle konsequent bis zum Abschluss.
  • Kommunikation: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst technische Sachverhalte verständlich und kundenorientiert erklären.
  • Zusatzkenntnisse: Erfahrungen mit Linux, SQL, Remote-Support oder POS- und Terminalsystemen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
