  • Support the preparation of aggregate reports and maintain safety reporting schedules.
  • Contribute to regulatory intelligence activities by tracking safety reporting requirements and updates.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client communication under supervision.

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Strengths in attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management.
  • A background in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
  • A patient-focused mindset and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn safety databases and processes.

  • Eligible candidates are 2025 and 2026 graduates only.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance, International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and global safety reporting requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with safety databases.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
