About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Market Development Analyst to join our Business Development team in a remote capacity, within a contract research organization (CRO) environment.

As a Senior Market Development Analyst, you will support the Business Development team by identifying, researching, and qualifying growth opportunities across the mid/large and partnership client segments. You will work closely with Client Relationship Directors (CRDs) and VPs of Business Development, using market intelligence platforms, CRM data, and outreach tools to build targeted prospect pipelines, analyze market trends, and translate data-driven insights into actionable commercial strategies.

This position plays a key role in uncovering white-space opportunities within existing accounts, developing engagement with new aspirational accounts, and informing commercial decision-making. Responsibilities include market research and intelligence, pipeline development and CRM management, outreach and engagement support, and reporting and analytics, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and influence commercial outcomes.

You'll join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment focused on making a meaningful impact through market intelligence, pipeline development, and data-driven commercial strategy. Your insights help connect biopharmaceutical sponsors with the clinical development solutions that bring new treatments to patients. With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities, the Senior Market Development Analyst can explore career paths and expand skills across clinical research.

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers and influencers, and support personalized outreach sequences and messaging aligned with segment-specific value propositions
  • Prepare account briefings, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation, and support the execution of outreach campaigns
  • Secure qualified meetings and create business opportunities within new buying centers, stakeholder groups, and identified white space, while tracking response rates and engagement outcomes
  • Present findings and recommendations to BD leadership in a clear, concise format, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality standards

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
