Our team delivers strategically connected management consulting services at moments of critical change to solve root challenges, discover breakthrough opportunities, and guide the decisions that define our clients' enterprise-wide initiatives.

As a Manager, you will partner closely with clients to navigate organizational change, optimize processes, reimagine operating models, assess technology capabilities, and enable successful transformations. What You'll Do

As a Manager, you'll lead consulting engagements that help clients solve their most important challenges. You'll work directly with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to guide organizations through complex transformation initiatives.

Depending on the engagement, you will:

- Contribute ideas, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and continuously look for opportunities to improve client outcomes

- Analyze project and business information to identify emerging risks, trends, bottlenecks, and decisions requiring leadership attention

- Influence leaders across organizations to align priorities, navigate ambiguity, and move complex initiatives forward, even when you don't have direct authority

- Partner with executive stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies that create measurable business value

- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, balancing business objectives, organizational readiness, and technology considerations

- Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and decision-making discussions that create alignment and accelerate progress

- Build trusted advisor relationships through thoughtful communications, strong business acumen, and consistently exceptional delivery

- Lead cross-functional consulting teams while coaching, mentoring, and developing future consulting leaders

- Guide organizations through technology-enabled change by helping clients successfully adopt new ways of working

- Develop governance structures, operating models, roadmaps, and business processes that enable long-term organizational success

- Invest in the growth of others through coaching and mentorship while remaining committed to your own continuous learning and professional development

- Manage delivery plans, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across complex initiatives

Success in This Role

Successful managers are known for their ability to:

- Think critically about business problems rather than simply completing assigned tasks

- Learn processes and business systems deeply, then identify pain points, bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities to improve client and business outcomes

- Think systemically about value chains and the internal and external forces that influence businesses, and anticipate how those forces may affect client outcomes

- Work collaboratively to help others see the need for change, build alignment, and partner to implement improvements that last

- Continuously question assumptions, test better approaches, and turn insights into practical actions

- Build trust quickly with clients, teammates, and executive stakeholders

- Bring clarity and structure to complex, ambiguous business problems

- Influence decisions through relationships, credibility, and thoughtful communications rather than positional authority

- Balance strategic thinking with practical execution

- Lead high-performing teams while developing others through coaching and mentorship

- Deliver measurable business outcomes that create lasting client value

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
