Supervising and supporting the janitor and cleaning team, including monitoring standards and ensuring appropriate cover arrangements.

Undertaking routine maintenance, repairs and decorating tasks.

Monitoring contractors working on site.

Maintaining the school grounds, pathways and outdoor areas.

Supporting the school's health and safety procedures and contributing to a safe environment for all.

Contribute to the wider life of the school by promoting the school's values, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and undertaking other duties appropriate to the role as directed by senior leaders.

Person Specification

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
