  • Proven automotive service management or senior service advisor experience
  • Ford dealership experience strongly preferred

  • Drive advisor productivity, sales performance, and repair order quality
  • Ensure customers receive timely and accurate communication throughout the repair process
  • Review open repair orders and prevent unnecessary aging
  • Improve maintenance, repair, and recommended-service presentation
  • Ensure MPIs are completed, communicated, and followed up properly
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Monitor appointment volume, advisor capacity, waiters, carryovers, and workflow
  • Work closely with the Service Director, shop leadership, parts department, BDC, and technicians
  • Maintain high standards for appearance, professionalism, and process execution throughout the service drive

Service Department Management experience is required.

Candidates without substantial automotive service experience will not be considered for this position.

Ford experience, Dealertrack experience, Xtime experience, and OEM service-process knowledge are highly desirable.
