Deine Aufgaben

Als Customer Success AI Engineer (Working Student) unterstützt du uns dabei, die Import-Funktionalitäten von Parqet mit Hilfe von AI-Agents und AI-Tools weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern, damit Nutzer ihre Transaktionen reibungslos in Parqet importieren können. Zudem hilfst du Nutzern bei ihren Problemen im Support.

  • Orchestrierung von AI-Agents und AI-Tools, um Broker-Dokumente zu analysieren und Parser-Verbesserungen für den Import zu erarbeiten
  • Kritische Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung des AI-Outputs: Du bewertest, ob extrahierte Transaktionsdaten fachlich und formal korrekt sind, und gibst nur Ergebnisse weiter, hinter denen du stehst
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Prompts, Workflows und Prüfroutinen, die Import-Verbesserungen wiederholbar und zuverlässig machen
  • Strukturierung und Standardisierung von Transaktionsdaten für den Import in Parqet
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit der Community per Email, um Supportanfragen effektiv zu bearbeiten und mögliche Fehler oder Verbesserungen intern zu dokumentieren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Developern, Support & Product Management, um Anforderungen und Feedback schnell umzusetzen

Dein Profil

Du passt zu uns, wenn du...

  • mindestens noch 6 Monate eingeschriebene:r Student:in bist
  • Deutsch auf Niveau C2 beherrschst (verpflichtend, da du direkt mit unserer Community kommunizierst)
  • solides Finanzwissen mitbringst, z. B. zu Wertpapieren, Dividenden, Splits, Gebühren und Steuern, und Broker-Abrechnungen inhaltlich einordnen kannst
  • bereits intensiv mit AI-Tools gearbeitet hast (z. B. Claude, ChatGPT, Agents, Automatisierungs-Tools) und den Output zuverlässig einschätzen kannst: Du erkennst Halluzinationen, Inkonsistenzen und Edge Cases
  • idealerweise Coding-Erfahrung hast (z. B. TypeScript, Node.js) und mit Dateiformaten wie CSV und PDF vertraut bist. Das ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • strukturiert arbeitest und ein Auge fürs Detail hast, besonders bei der Datenverarbeitung
  • Freude daran hast, Probleme eigenständig zu analysieren und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • optimalerweise Parqet bereits selbst nutzt und gut kennst
  • dich für Fintechs, Investments und benutzerfreundliche Software begeisterst
  • Lust hast, in einem dynamischen Team direkten Impact auf potenziell tausende Nutzer zu haben
