Descrição:

Estamos em busca de um (a) Coordenador (a) de Eventos para se juntar à nossa equipe. Este profissional será responsável por construir e manter uma comunidade ativa, engajada e fiel em torno do Clube de Triatlo e dos associados do parque, oferecendo uma experiência de acolhimento e pertencimento com padrão de hospitalidade Parquetur.

Responsabilidades:

· Coordenar a rotina do clube, organizando o calendário de treinos, o uso dos espaços do parque e a interface com assessorias esportivas e treinadores parceiros.

· Acolher novos associados, conduzindo as boas-vindas, a apresentação do parque, das regras de uso e dos benefícios do clube.

· Manter ativos os canais de relacionamento (grupos de WhatsApp, e-mail, redes sociais do clube), com avisos, conteúdos e interação frequente.

· Criar rituais, desafios, encontros e ações de reconhecimento que estimulem a participação e o senso de pertencimento dos associados.

· Atuar como ponto focal dos associados, recebendo demandas, sugestões e reclamações e assegurando retorno ágil e resolutivo.

· Acompanhar frequência, satisfação (NPS), adesões e renovações, propondo ações para reduzir cancelamentos e apoiando a captação de novos associados junto às áreas comercial e de marketing.

· Manter atualizados o cadastro e o histórico de relacionamento dos associados, em conformidade com a LGPD.

· Planejar, organizar e executar os eventos do parque (provas, treinos coletivos, eventos esportivos, corporativos, sociais e culturais), da concepção ao pós-evento.

· Negociar e acompanhar fornecedores, patrocinadores e parceiros, controlando orçamento, cronograma e qualidade das entregas.

· Alinhar com as áreas de operação, manutenção e alimentos e bebidas a estrutura necessária para cada evento, garantindo segurança e boa experiência dos participantes.

· Recepcionar associados, convidados e parceiros nos eventos e ações do clube, assegurando o padrão de atendimento Parquetur.

· Elaborar relatórios periódicos de engajamento, eventos realizados, satisfação e receita, e propor melhorias e novos produtos para a experiência do associado.

· Zerla pelo cumprimento das regras de uso do parque e das diretrizes ambientais da unidade de conservação por associados e participantes de eventos

Requisitos:

· Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Hotelaria, Turismo, Eventos, Gestão da Hospitalidade, Relações Públicas, Marketing, Administração ou áreas afins.

· Experiência no setor de hospitalidade em funções de relacionamento com o cliente, como coordenação de recepção de hotel, mordomo, anfitrião (ã)/host, guest relations, concierge ou similares.

· Cursos complementares em organização de eventos, experiência do cliente ou marketing de relacionamento serão considerados diferenciais.

· Disponibilidade para atuar em finais de semana e feriados, conforme o calendário de treinos e eventos.

· Residir na Baixada Santista.

· Diferencial: experiência com gestão de comunidades, clubes, associações ou programas de relacionamento e fidelização.

· Diferencial: familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM, WhatsApp Business e redes sociais.

· Diferencial: Interesse por esporte, natureza e vida ao ar livre.
