About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst on a 3–12 month contract, based in Luxembourg. You’ll turn our marketplace data into clear insights the team can act on: how buyers search, what they buy, where sellers perform, and where we’re leaving value on the table. You’ll work closely with product, operations and commercial teams to answer the questions that shape our next moves.

This role suits someone who enjoys digging into real-world data and wants to see their analysis drive real decisions in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketplace metrics. Write SQL queries to extract, clean and analyse data from our production and analytics databases. Analyse catalogue and search data across 5M+ SKUs to find gaps in coverage, pricing and part-fitment accuracy. Support pricing, assortment and growth decisions with ad hoc analysis and clear recommendations. Work with backend engineers (Python, SQL, PHP, Magento, Kafka) to improve data quality, tracking and pipelines. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise way, written and verbal.

Requirements

Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong SQL skills. Hands-on experience with a BI tool (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or Metabase). Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Good written and verbal communication in English.

Bonus Points

Experience with e-commerce or marketplace data (Magento a plus). Exposure to event-driven data or streaming systems (Kafka). Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Experience in an industrial or long-tail B2B environment, or sectors like construction, agriculture or automotive.
