Dankzij jouw energie en nauwkeurigheid ben je een vertrouwd gezicht op ons kantoor in Berchem. Je houdt van afwisseling, maar vooral van een job waarin je met overzicht en een goede planning het verschil maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Property Assistant behandel je telefoons en e-mails met een glimlach en ben je de eerste stem voor interne en externe klanten. Je ondersteunt property managers bij hun dossiers: je registreert vragen en meldingen consequent in ons systeem, volgt termijnen en afspraken op en bereidt taken voor, zodat niets blijft liggen. Zo draag je actief bij aan een georganiseerde en warme werkomgeving en help je klanten vlot en correct verder.

Wie ben jij?

  • Een eerste relevante ervaring als Property Assistant, administratief medewerker of in een soortgelijke rol heb je al op zak.
  • Digitaal ben je vlot: met MS Office werk je makkelijk, nieuwe systemen leer je snel aan en alles registreer je consequent, zodat een collega je werk zo kan overnemen.
  • Het Nederlands beheers je zeer goed; extra talenkennis is een plus.
  • Heldere en klantgerichte communicatie, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail, is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Overzicht bewaren zit in je aard: op elk moment weet je wat er nog openstaat, ook tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Dankzij je planmatige aanpak houd je termijnen en afspraken in het oog en zie je drukke periodes op tijd aankomen.
  • Terugkerende problemen vallen je op, en je denkt graag mee over hoe het slimmer en efficiënter kan.
