Qu’allez-vous faire ?

En tant que Sales Manager, vous êtes le visage commercial de Parte à Bruxelles et en Wallonie. Vous faites partie de l’équipe commerciale et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Sales Manager de Parte Belgique. Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux des leads entrants et ne vous arrêtez pas à l’envoi d’une offre : vous relancez, maintenez le contact et veillez à ce que chaque lead ait une prochaine étape. Vous partez également à la recherche de nouveaux projets et prenez contact avec des promoteurs immobiliers pour leur présenter Parte. Vous construisez des relations durables, les entretenez et misez sur la fidélisation des clients, afin que les collaborations continuent de se développer. Pour les nouveaux projets de construction, vous assistez à la première assemblée générale et présentez Parte avec conviction, y compris devant un large public. Vous pouvez compter sur un discours solide, une approche portée par la technologie et un CRM qui soutient votre suivi, pour vous concentrer sur ce que vous faites de mieux : convaincre et créer du lien.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous avez une véritable mentalité de chasseur : vous repérez les opportunités, prenez vous-même contact et assurez le suivi.
  • Un « non » ne vous arrête pas ; vous puisez votre énergie dans les dossiers qui aboutissent.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la promotion immobilière ou le secteur du syndic et des copropriétés, ou vous connaissez bien ce milieu. Un réseau existant est un sérieux atout.
  • Une expérience commerciale est un plus, mais votre motivation et votre sens commercial comptent tout autant.
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et êtes à l’aise dans les réseaux bruxellois et wallons. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
  • Vous travaillez de manière organisée et disciplinée et gardez toujours votre pipeline commercial à jour.
  • Vous communiquez de manière fluide et convaincante, aussi bien en tête-à-tête que devant un groupe.
  • Gagner la confiance et entretenir des relations à long terme vous vient naturellement.
