Pian 100-vuotias Partioaitta kasvaa! Avaamme joulukuussa uuden Partioaitta-myymälän Poriin, Satakunnan suurimpaan kauppakeskukseen, Puuvillaan, ja etsimme sinne nyt innostavaa ja asiakaspalveluhenkistä myymälänhoitajaa. Työsopimus (30h/vko) alkaa marraskuun alussa, ja perehdytys järjestetään osittain Tampereen myymälöissämme.

Partioaitta on vuodesta 1928 asti toiminut maanlaajuinen ulkoilu- ja retkeilyvälineiden vähittäismyyntiin keskittynyt erikoiskauppa, jolla on 24 myymälää ympäri Suomen sekä verkkokauppa. Laadukas tuotevalikoimamme tukee pyrkimystämme kestävään kehitykseen ja ulkoilun kautta saavutettavaan hyvinvointiin.

Vastuullisuusstrategiamme mukaan haluamme myydä tuotteitamme tarpeeseen ja kehittää kiertotaloutta. Partioaitan asiakkaita, henkilökuntaa ja omistajia yhdistää työn ja harrastuksien kautta syntynyt rakkaus luontoa ja siellä liikkumista kohtaan. Siitä syntyy myös se ammattitaito, jolla me Partioaitassa haluamme asiakkaitamme palvella. Kuluttajat ovat valinneet Partioaitan useita kertoja Suomen arvostetuimmaksi urheilukauppabrändiksi sekä alansa vastuullisimmaksi – saavutetut kärkisijat ovat pitkäjänteisen työn tulosta.

Koulutamme henkilökuntaamme säännöllisesti, jotta voimme tarjota asiakkaallemme parasta mahdollista palvelua. Meillä on käytössä työajan tasoittumisjärjestelmä ja palkkaus myymälänhoitajan tehtävään on Kaupan alan C-taulukon mukainen.

Myymälänhoitaja

Partioaitan myymälänhoitajan ensisijainen päätehtävä on myyntityö, jonka tärkeimpänä osa-alueena on ammattitaitoinen positiivinen asiakaspalvelu. Myymälänhoitaja toimii oma-aloitteisesti yrityksen arvojen sekä Partioaitan toimintaohjeiden mukaisesti. Myymälänhoitajalla on tärkeä rooli olla mukana kehittämässä yrityksen toimintaa omalla esimerkillisellä tavallaan.

Myymälänhoitajan vastuulla ovat mm. seuraavat asiat:

  • Seurata myymälän myyntiä ja ohjata toimintaa yhdessä myymäläpäällikön kanssa
  • Priorisoida ja suunnitella myymälän päivittäisiä työtehtäviä
  • Varmistaa ja valmistella myymälä kampanjoiden ja konseptin sekä kaupallisen toiminnan mukaisesti
  • Ylläpitää tuotetuntemusta osallistumalla työnantajan tarjoamiin koulutuksiin
  • Huolehtia tuotteiden vastaanottamisesta, täydentämisestä, tuotepuutteiden ja saldovirheiden kirjauksesta sekä varaston siisteydestä ja järjestyksestä

Menestyäksesi työtehtävässä tarvitset seuraavia ominaisuuksia:

  • Sinulla on kaupallinen koulutus ja/tai kaupan alan työkokemusta
  • Olet hyvä ihmisten kanssa ja saat tiimisi innostumaan tavoitteellisesta työskentelystä
  • Sinulla on visuaalista silmää ja hallitset kaupalliset esillepanot
  • Olet huolellinen ja järjestelmällinen työntekijä ja osaat priorisoida kiireessä työtehtäviä
  • Olet loistava asiakaspalvelija ja nautit asiakkaiden kohtaamisesta
  • Olet itseohjautuva ja tartut työtehtäviin rohkeasti
