Para este cargo buscamos um Analista de Marketing e Comunicação com perfil generalista e foco em execução (mão na massa). Este profissional será o responsável por integrar as estratégias de fortalecimento de marca (branding e relações públicas) com a execução técnica de campanhas digitais e gestão de tráfego pago. O objetivo principal é aumentar a visibilidade institucional da empresa, cavar oportunidades de mídia espontânea e operar as ferramentas de anúncios digitais para geração de resultados dos conteúdos.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Mapear, prospectar e negociar a participação dos porta-vozes da empresa em podcasts, canais de vídeo, painéis e eventos estratégicos do setor.
  • Desenvolver o relacionamento com jornalistas, veículos de comunicação, portais de notícias e blogs para a conquista de matérias editoriais e menções orgânicas.
  • Redigir press releases, artigos de opinião e sugestões de pauta institucional.
  • Garantir a consistência da identidade, posicionamento e tom de voz da marca em todos os pontos de contato externos.
  • Planejar, configurar e otimizar campanhas de anúncios em plataformas de tráfego pago, com foco principal em Meta Ads (Instagram e Facebook) e Google Ads.
  • Desenvolver e executar o cronograma de campanhas digitais, definindo públicos-alvo, criativos necessários e verba de mídia.
  • Monitorar o orçamento diário das contas de anúncios, realizando ajustes de lances e segmentações para garantir a eficiência do investimento.
  • Configurar parametrizações básicas (como pixels e tags de conversão) necessárias para o rastreamento das campanhas.
  • Consolidar os resultados de mídia espontânea (clipping) e o impacto das participações em podcasts.
  • Analisar as métricas de desempenho das campanhas digitais (alcance, impressões, cliques, custo por clique e custo por lead).
  • Apresentar relatórios periódicos com diagnósticos claros e sugestões de melhorias para as próximas ações de marketing.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Graduação concluída em Relações Públicas, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de redes sociais/PR e operação de gerenciadores de anúncios).
  • Domínio prático do Gerenciador de Negócios do Meta (Meta Business Suite) e Google Ads.
  • Capacidade de redação corporativa e negociação com parceiros comerciais.
  • Perfil analítico e organizado, capaz de gerenciar múltiplos prazos e dividir o tempo entre tarefas criativas e técnicas.
