- Planejar, organizar e controlar todas as atividades da equipe de vendas, incluindo definição de metas, acompanhamento de desempenho e treinamento.

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas eficazes, visando aumentar a participação de mercado e a satisfação dos clientes.

- Analisar dados de vendas, tendências de mercado e concorrência, a fim de tomar decisões informadas e garantir a competitividade da empresa.

- Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, assegurando a fidelização e o crescimento das vendas.

- Liderar e motivar a equipe de vendas, fornecendo feedback construtivo e oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.

- Colaborar com outros departamentos, como marketing e logística, para garantir a eficiência operacional e a entrega de um excelente serviço aos clientes.

Requisitos:

- Formação superior em Administração, Gestão comercial, Marketing ou áreas afins.

- Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipes de vendas no setor de tintas ou produtos relacionados.

- Excelentes habilidades de liderança, comunicação e negociação.

- Conhecimento no mercado de tintas ou material e construção será considerado um diferencial;

- Remuneração atrativa, com bônus e comissões atrelados ao desempenho;
