The posting

Partners In Staffing is hiring dependable Machine Operators for a medical device manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids. You'll help produce precision components by operating or tending production equipment, checking parts, and completing basic assembly tasks. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Operate or tend production equipment according to training and work instructions.
  • Monitor production and check parts for quality and defects.
  • Complete basic assembly and other production tasks as assigned.
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.
  • Keep your workstation organized and report equipment or quality concerns.
  • Work with your team to meet production goals.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM

Qualifications

  • Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
  • Comfort with hands-on, repetitive production work.
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

The position includes a paid orientation of approximately 3.5 hours. Required pre-employment background and tobacco screening applies. Some assignments may require cleanroom garments and additional cleanliness procedures.
