The posting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and submission at management’s request financial monitoring information related to the financial position of the Company and information about industry peers, financial and banking markets;
  • Preparation information and analysis for the Company’s management aiming to support operational decisions;
  • Preparation of materials (presentations, analytical and management notes) at the Company’s management requests about financial position and metrics of the Company and performance of CFO business line;
  • Participation in collection information from Company’s departments and providing such information to financial and banking institutions, including for the purposes of executing financial deals, fulfilling the terms and obligations under financial contracts, annual monitoring and updates of the credit limits;
  • Preparation of information to be provided to external counterparties within external audit and various business activities of Company;
  • Regular reporting on debt/financial instruments position of the Company;
  • Participation in development of Financing Strategy of the Company;
  • Managing and regular update of other analytical materials of CFO business line;
  • Managing relations with information agencies;
  • Preparation of budgeting parameters within corporate budgeting process, preparation of debt portfolio information for the budgeting purposes;
  • Analytical, organizational and administrative support within execution of financial deals (debt finance, non-debt financing, project finance, hedging, insurance) at the Management and CFO requests.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualification CFA, FRM completed/in progress is an advantage;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banks, auditing company or large financial, consulting or industrial group with international/global presence (risk management, analytics, debt finance, financial controls, compliance);
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, corporate finance, IFRS;
  • Basic knowledge of Metals & Mining sector;
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
  • Language Skills: English, at least upper-intermediate, Azerbaijani or Russian is a plus.
