Das erwartet Dich

  • Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden und begleitest sie proaktiv vom Onboarding bis hin zur Implementierung und erfolgreicher Nutzung unseres Produkts
  • Du stimmst Ziele, KPIs und Use Cases mit den Kunden ab und stellst die nachhaltige Nutzung und Adoption der Plattform sicher
  • Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in konkrete fachliche und prozessuale Anwendungsfälle
  • Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Kundenbindung und bringst dabei deine fachliche Expertise gezielt ein
  • Als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Teams gibst du wertvolles Feedback weiter und sorgst dafür, dass technische und vertragliche Anliegen schnell und effizient gelöst werden
  • Durch die Identifizierung von Chancen und Risiken steigerst du die Kundenzufriedenheit und trägst zum Unternehmenserfolg bei

Das macht Dich aus

  • Du hast Wirtschaftsingeneieurswesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsinformatik studiert oder eine alternative Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker, Feinwerkmechanikermeister und/ oder Betriebswirt absolviert
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Cost-Engineering-Tools, Bauteilkalkulationen, Sourcing-Prozessen oder PLM-Systemen
  • Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse mit dem SAP-MM-Modul (Einkauf)
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Du arbeitet strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich
  • Du kommunizierst sehr sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
