What You'll Own
As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across Seattle and surrounding markets through a combination of new business development, account expansion, and customer relationship management.
Business Development & Territory Growth
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outreach, and strategic prospecting
- Identify customer challenges and position Revanix's repair solutions as a cost-effective alternative to OEM service programs
- Execute territory growth plans that increase market penetration and revenue
Account Management & Customer Success
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and account growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Partner closely with service and technical teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Revanix's service portfolio
Strategic Consultative Selling
- Conduct needs assessments and uncover opportunities to improve equipment uptime and asset performance
- Present business solutions to stakeholders ranging from Clinical Engineering and Biomedical Departments to Supply Chain leaders and C-suite executives
- Deliver compelling presentations and value-based proposals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools
What Makes You Successful
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or account management
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter mentality with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of hospital operations, clinical engineering, biomedical services, or healthcare procurement processes
- Experience selling into hospitals, surgery centers, or healthcare systems
