Job Summary

Join our Singapore law practice as a proactive paralegal specializing in debt recovery. Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to manage cases, support enforcement, and maintain client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage debt recovery files by tracking deadlines and progressing cases efficiently
  • Draft and assist with letters of demand, court documents, and legal filings to support litigation
  • Liaise professionally with clients, debtors, and involved parties to facilitate case resolution
  • Support enforcement proceedings by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating actions
  • Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure cases move forward without delay
  • Apply attention to detail in reviewing case materials and legal documents to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with legal team members to provide comprehensive litigation support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in debt recovery or litigation support
  • Willingness to learn and develop practical legal skills
