¿Tienes experiencia liderando proyectos internacionales de IT & Cybersecurity y te motiva trabajar en entornos complejos, multicountry y con alto impacto?

Buscamos un/a Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity para incorporarse a un proyecto internacional centrado en la protección del usuario final, trabajando sobre soluciones como antivirus, antimalware y Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Tendrás un papel clave coordinando la evolución y despliegue de nuevos productos, funcionalidades y releases para diferentes entidades y mercados internacionales.

Serás el punto de conexión entre Product Managers, Product Owners, expertos de producto, clientes y diferentes entidades internacionales, asegurando que los proyectos avancen correctamente desde la definición de la necesidad hasta el despliegue.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar proyectos de Cybersecurity de principio a fin. • Coordinar nuevos scopes, funcionalidades y releases con diferentes entidades internacionales. • Gestionar la relación entre Product Expert Managers, Product Owners y stakeholders de negocio. • Preparar y liderar Project Committees, Steering Committees y Sponsor Committees. • Elaborar reporting para diferentes mercados y stakeholders senior. • Gestionar el gating process, incluyendo procesos, TOM y RACI. • Definir y monitorizar presupuesto, costes, KPIs y milestones. • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares distribuidos en diferentes países. • Gestionar riesgos, issues, acciones y decisiones. • Preparar project plans, status reports y documentación ejecutiva. • Elaborar y presentar documentación y propuestas en inglés. • Coordinar la firma de contratos y el despliegue de nuevas funcionalidades junto con Product Owners. • Crear user guides, templates, procesos y materiales de soporte.

Requisitos mínimos

  • 8+ años de experiencia en Project Management / IT Project Management.
  • Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de Cybersecurity / IT.
  • Experiencia trabajando en organizaciones internacionales y con equipos distribuidos en diferentes países.
  • Experiencia gestionando budget, costs y KPIs.
  • Excelente capacidad para preparar executive decks y presentaciones.
  • Experiencia con governance, steering committees y reporting ejecutivo.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Conocimientos de Data Leakage / Data Loss Prevention (DLP) y seguridad IT.
  • Excelente nivel de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, estructurada y orientada a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y stakeholder management.

Trabajarás en un entorno 100% internacional y en inglés, siendo responsable de entregables como:

Project decks, templates y procesos. User guides. Project planning. Project status reports. Risk, Issues, Actions & Decisions logs. Meeting minutes. Budget & KPI reporting. Governance & committee materials.
