Job Description

  • Management and supervision of daily manufacturing operations in the central kitchen
  • Formulation of production plans, progress management, and strict adherence to delivery deadlines
  • Management of manufacturing processes and improvement of production efficiency
  • Identification of issues in manufacturing processes and implementation of improvement measures
  • Inventory checks and coordination with restaurants and the Japanese headquarters
  • Acting as a bridge between the Central Kitchen Manager and local staff
  • Staff allocation and shift management according to production plans
  • Management of raw material usage and manufacturing costs
  • Promotion of improvement activities aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs
  • Creation of reports regarding production performance, quality, costs,
  • Other ad hoc jobs assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in managing and supervising people
  • Ideal experience working in a food manufacturing plant, central kitchen, or factory is an advantage
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in food manufacturing processes and production management are considered strong assets
  • Ability to think and act proactively with minimal supervision, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication with the team
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
