Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega om het team van onze klant te versterken als dossierbeheerder verzekeringen!

Taken:

  • Je staat in voor de integrale opvolging van de klantendossiers die aan jou zijn toevertrouwd.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en zorgt er proactief voor dat jouw klantendossiers perfect in orde blijven qua pricing en dekkingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte, vlotte en accurate administratieve verwerking van al je dossiers (opmaken polissen, bijvoegsels, …) zowel naar de klant als in het beheerssysteem BRIO. Dit houdt oa. in opmaken van polissen, bijvoegsels, ...
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële medewerkers door oa. cliëntenbezoeken voor te bereiden, informeert hen in geval van problemen of mogelijke opportuniteiten. Daarnaast ondersteun je hun ook bij het uitwerken van goede en correcte prijsoffertes naar nieuwe klanten/prospecten.
  • Je zorgt voor een degelijke professionele communicatie/relatie met cliënten, verzekeraars, en hebt tevens op kantoor regelmatig contact met klanten mbt allerhande vragen bv inschrijving voertuig,…
  • Tot slot heb je aandacht voor signalen: klachten, opportuniteiten,...

  • Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor-diploma in Financie- en Verzekeringswezen of gelijkwaardig;
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als dossierbeheerder verzekeringen;
  • Je bent op zoek naar een uitdagende voltijdse functie;
  • Je bent vlot, accuraat, klant- en servicegericht en beschikt tevens over een juiste commerciële aanpak;
  • Je bent positief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld en werkt graag zelfstandig als in team;
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Word, Excel en Outlook;
  • Je beschikt over een PCP-attest;
  • Kennis van personenverzekeringen en BRIO is een pluspunt.
