Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde en gevestigde speler in vastgoedbeheer, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Syndicus/Vastgoedbeheerder

Hou je ervan om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, mensen samen te brengen en dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen? Dan voel jij je ongetwijfeld thuis in deze veelzijdige functie.

Jouw werkdag:

Je start de dag op kantoor in Hasselt. Eerst een kop koffie en een korte babbel met je collega's, daarna ga je aan de slag. Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel het technische als het administratieve beheer van jouw gebouwen.

Dit behoort onder andere tot jouw taken:

  • Je coördineert het onderhoud van de gemeenschappelijke delen (poetsfirma's, liften, technische installaties, herstellingen...).
  • Je volgt leveranciers en aannemers op.
  • Je organiseert de algemene vergaderingen, leidt ze in goede banen en zorgt voor een correcte verslaggeving.
  • Je vraagt voorschotten en provisies op en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze boekhouder.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor mede-eigenaars, bewoners en leveranciers.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van jouw dossiers en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's, maar krijgt tegelijk veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen portefeuille.

  • Een bacheloropleiding vastgoed of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Een rijbewijs B.

Een extra troef?

Ervaring als syndicus of binnen vastgoedbeheer is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Ook kandidaten met een bachelor in Rechtspraktijk, Bedrijfsmanagement of een andere relevante richting, die graag willen doorgroeien binnen vastgoedbeheer, moedigen we van harte aan om te solliciteren.
