Analista de PMO Sênior

Descrição das Atividades:

Consolidar e analisar informações de projetos, programas e portfólio corporativo, assegurando qualidade, padronização e integridade dos dados.

Desenvolver e manter relatórios gerenciais, dashboards executivos e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) em ferramentas de BI (ex.: Power BI, Tableau), atuando como referência técnica para a organização.

Criar, controlar e atualizar cronogramas de projetos (Primavera P6, MS Project ou similares), apoiando equipes na identificação de desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.

Preparar apresentações e materiais executivos para comitês de governança e reuniões estratégicas, traduzindo dados complexos em informações claras para a alta liderança.

Estabelecer e manter modelos, templates e processos padronizados para coleta, consolidação, monitoramento e reporte de informações.

Trabalhar em parceria com líderes de projetos, gerentes de área e equipes técnicas (mineração, engenharia, corporativo), garantindo envio correto e tempestivo de informações.

Apoiar a implementação de melhorias contínuas nos processos de planejamento, monitoramento e reporte do PMO, alinhando tecnologia, processos e pessoas.

Realizar análises comparativas, históricas e preditivas para suportar decisões estratégicas e antecipar riscos.

Contribuir para a adoção de metodologias de gestão tradicionais e ágeis (PMBOK, Scrum, Lean), integrando práticas de planejamento, execução e monitoramento.

Promover cultura de governança e gestão de informações, atuando como facilitador entre áreas técnicas e corporativas.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

Graduação completa em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em PMO e planejamento de projetos em empresas de mineração.

Experiência em implantação de Projetos de Obra.

Inglês avançado.

Domínio em Primavera P6 e/ou Primavera Cloud (OPC).

Excel e Word avançado, e ferramentas de BI (Power BI ou similares).

Conhecimento em SharePoint e aplicação de boas práticas de governança documental.

Habilidade em estruturar processos e padrões de gestão, utilizando ferramentas como Visio, Bizagi ou similares.

Vivência em gestão de fluxos documentais e integração com sistemas corporativos (Aconex, SAP, SharePoint, plataformas de colaboração).

Capacidade de produzir relatórios executivos e dashboards estratégicos para apoiar a gestão.

Aplicação de inteligência artificial para análise de dados e otimização de atividades.

Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão tradicionais e ágeis (PMBOK, Lean, Scrum e/ou outros).

Será um diferencial caso tenha:

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Governança, Business Intelligence ou áreas correlatas.
