העבודה במוקד השירות כוללת מתן מענה מקצועי וליווי לקוחות החברה בזמן מגוריהם בחו״ל בנושאי טיפולים רפואיים.

זהו תפקיד משמעותי, מאתגר ובעל אחריות, הדורש יכולת קבלת החלטות בזמן אמת, עצמאות, פרואקטיביות ויכולת להעניק יחס אישי, אנושי ומרגיע ברגעים רגישים.

נדרשת תודעת שירות גבוהה, רצון אמיתי לסייע, כושר ביטוי מצוין בעברית ושליטה טובה בשפה האנגלית.

קיימת האפשרות לעבודה במשרה חלקית.
