The posting

Role: Sr. Digital Producer, Worn Wear Team: Digital Operations

Scope: Individual Contributor, P4

Years of Experience: 5+

Location: Ventura, CA (Hybrid)

The Digital Catalog team is part of Digital Operations and ensures that every product on the site has accurate, complete, and trustworthy information – so customers can make informed decisions, and launches run smoothly. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Producer to own the end-to-end eCommerce catalog for Worn Wear, our used product business. This role manages all used product data on Patagonia.com, including specifications, pricing, images, descriptions, and information about supply chains, fabrics, and technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital product data and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital experiences through precise product information management. The role will complete the integration of Worn Wear into digital commerce operations while providing cross-functional support and coverage for the mainline Patagonia product catalog. This work supports our mission to save our home planet by helping customers make informed choices, extend the life of their gear, and understand the impact of their purchases.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end Worn Wear digital catalog workflow, directly configuring products and processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely product readiness within the core eCommerce experience.
  • Execute seasonal product setup and publishing for Worn Wear on Patagonia.com, ensuring timely delivery aligned with go-to-market campaigns and Commerce and Circularity initiatives.
  • Apply industry best practices to streamline catalog workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor catalog quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps before they affect product readiness or the customer experience.
  • Partner with Digital Merchandising and Production to align launch timing, resource needs, and rapid-response support across GTM, Commerce, and Re-Commerce initiatives.
  • Partner with digital merchandising and SEO to support effective seasonal planning, taxonomy, and maintenance in response to evolving eCommerce needs for used assortments.
  • Evaluate and advocate for tools, technologies, and industry practices that improve catalog productivity, data quality, and scalability.
  • Share expertise and provide guidance to internal and external partners on tool usage and optimization.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain clear communication to align priorities and resolve competing needs.
  • Provide hands-on coverage for mainline Patagonia product catalog workflows as needed, building team redundancy and ensuring continuity across new and used assortments.
  • Document catalog processes, requirements, and contingency procedures to support consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and reliable coverage across the team.
  • Partner with technology teams to complete the Worn Wear integration and support ongoing maintenance within digital commerce operations.
  • Identify and communicate catalog risks, dependencies, and blockers early, coordinating with partners to protect launch timing and product readiness.

Who You Are

  • Passionate: Dedicated to saving our home planet and using your skills to further our mission.

Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field such as Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Data Management, eCommerce, Digital Media, or Communications.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital production, with a track record of independently owning complex catalog workflows and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Required: Proven hands-on experience with Salsify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to manage product data, catalog workflows, and publishing across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of product information best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
