Mission

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à notre Service Développement \& Industrialisation, vous serez amené à piloter des projets produits et/ou procédés de production et transactionnels, à soutenir la production et à participer activement aux actions d'amélioration continue sur la base des standards que vous pourrez créer et faire évoluer, de manière autonome.

Responsabilités

* Définir, actualiser et maintenir le référentiel ainsi que les dossiers de production, les données systèmes et la base outillage. * Soutenir activement la production pour garantir la parfaite maîtrise et la performance des processus en vigueur en recherchant et analysant les écarts aux standards. * Traiter les actions curatives et correctives, mener les essais d’optimisation, identifier les opérations critiques de la ligne et les amener au standard du système de production Patek . * Piloter l’acquisition et l’intégration de moyens de production en garantissant le respect du planning, du budget, des exigences qualité et de la conformité des livrables tout en assurant le suivi des indicateurs des actions. * Piloter les démarches de réindustrialisations (identification des opérations critiques, lancement des séries 0, mise à jour des dossiers de production), actualiser et maintenir le référentiel et les dossiers de production, les données systèmes et la base outillage. * Animer les comités de suivi de projets et piloter les séances de coordinations techniques. * Coordonner et fédérer les groupes de travail (fonctions supports, clients internes, fournisseurs) en évaluant les risques projet et procédés (AMDEC) et en proposant les plans d’actions. Profil recherché

* Technicien ES ou Bachelor en mécanique ou micromécanique. * 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire dans le domaine de la micromécanique, de l'horlogerie ou de la construction mécanique. * Maîtrise de la gestion de projet en autonomie et de la gestion des risques associés. * Connaissance en technique mécanique horlogère. * Connaissance des principes d’une GPAO (Article, gamme, nomenclature, MRP, etc.). * Connaissance en CAO (idéalement Solidworks). * Maîtrise des outils Qualité (AMDEC, 8D, Capabilité, etc.). * Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office). * Très bonne connaissance des outils \- Six sigma (5S, SMED, capabilité process, etc.). * Bonne connaissance de l’anglais un atout. * Capacité à se remettre en question et sens de l’écoute. * Orientation vers l’action, capacité à convaincre. * Aptitude à maîtriser les relations interpersonnelles et à gérer la complexité. * Esprit stratégique et capacité à gérer l’incertitude et l’ambiguïté. * Orienté « clients » et « solutions ».
