  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of operational workforce challenges; experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
  • Good data literacy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
  • Ability to advise and guide managers in people management, supported by strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving contexts.
  • Experience in change management and supporting teams through transformation would be an advantage.

Benefits

Meaningful, mission-driven work at one of Singapore's larger social service agencies, supporting thousands of students and adults through school and community programmes.

We offer a competitive remuneration package and the professional advantages of a dynamic workplace that enables your professional development and values your contributions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
