Funciones principales:

  • Trabaja con todo el equipo (no solo con los desarrolladores) para diseñar y crear algoritmos, funcionalidades y productos.
  • Producir código de calidad, subiendo el listón de todo el equipo en calidad y velocidad
  • Administrar y optimizar sistemas distribuidos escalables en la nube
  • Recomendar y ejecutar mejoras en los productos y herramientas.
  • Escribir tests, depurar y actualizar el software existente
  • Verificar y lanzar productos y funcionalidades.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Experiencia probada como desarrollador de software, ingeniero de software o puesto similar
  • Familiarizado con metodologías ágiles de desarrollo
  • Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de software usando TDD
  • Habilidad para aprender nuevos lenguajes y tecnologías.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
  • Ingenio y aptitud para la resolución de problemas
  • Atención a los detalles

Requisitos preferidos::

  • Experiencia con lenguajes de programación (Java, JavaScript)
  • Experiencia con framework de desarrollo (por ejemplo: Spring Boot… )
  • Experiencia con multi-databases y Object-Relational Mapping (ORM)
  • Experiencia con front-end template engines (por ejemplo: thymeleaf…)
  • Experiencia con aplicaciones con alto volumen de datos o aplicaciones en tiempo real
  • Dominio profesional del inglés
