FlightPath is Pathstone's private aviation advisory practice, helping clients make informed aviation decisions through independent analysis, implementation support, vendor evaluation, utilization monitoring, contract management, billing review, and ongoing aviation oversight.

Working closely with advisors and other Pathstone service teams, FlightPath helps clients navigate private aviation with greater transparency, efficiency, and confidence. FlightPath supports clients across charter, jet card, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft ownership structures.

Job Description: FlightPath is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and client-focused Senior Associate to support Pathstone’s private aviation advisory practice.

This role combines aviation operations knowledge, financial analysis, project management, and client relationship support. The Senior Associate will help manage client engagements, coordinate aviation projects, maintain operating workflows, and support ongoing advisory relationships across charter, jet card, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft ownership structures.

The ideal candidate has experience in private aviation operations, charter sales, aircraft management, flight operations, or a related aviation environment. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, advisors, and aviation providers.

As part of a growing advisory platform, the Senior Associate may also contribute to broader Professional Services Group initiatives, including Client Excellence programs, PSG Bootcamp, educational events, meeting coordination, project administration, and related priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Support

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client engagements.
  • Coordinate information gathering, follow-up, and communication between clients, advisors, and aviation providers.
  • Support ongoing strategic client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-through.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reporting packages, and meeting materials.
  • Deliver a responsive, high-touch client experience consistent with Pathstone's service philosophy.

Aviation Advisory & Analysis

  • Assist FlightPath leadership in evaluating charter, jet card, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft solutions.
  • Conduct utilization reviews and operational analyses.
  • Compare vendor proposals and program economics.
  • Support aircraft acquisition, renewal, and transition projects.
  • Monitor industry offerings and aviation market developments.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze aviation invoices and provider billing for accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing utilization reports and cost benchmarking analyses.
  • Maintain client tracking models and reporting tools.
  • Prepare financial summaries and business insights for client engagements.
  • Support development of recurring quarterly reporting deliverables.

Operations & Project Management

  • Maintain FlightPath engagement trackers, dashboards, and CRM systems.
  • Track contract renewal dates, key milestones, and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent client projects and priorities.
  • Support workflow improvements and scalable operational infrastructure as FlightPath grows.

Provider & Industry Coordination

  • Maintain relationships with aviation providers and service partners.
  • Coordinate proposal requests and vendor information gathering.
  • Assist with provider evaluations and benchmarking exercises.
  • Support due diligence and comparative analysis across aviation providers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in any of the following fields is preferred: charter sales, aircraft management, flight operations, or other private aviation-related roles.
  • Knowledge of private aviation products and services, including charter, jet cards, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft ownership structures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data and information.
  • Ability to review contracts, invoices, utilization reports, and operational metrics with precision.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, with an interest in applying them creatively to improve efficiency, collaboration, workflow management, and overall work quality.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
