Premium Sunday Rates | Double Pay on Public Holidays | Flexible Start DatesPathway Recruitment is currently recruiting Care Support Workers and Care Workers for full-time, permanent positions within residential services across Kilkenny.The roles involve supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and additional support, promoting independence and providing high-quality, person-centred care.The Role- Support service users with their day-to-day needs- Promote independence, choice and inclusion- Assist with personal care where required- Support social, recreational and community activities- Follow individual care and support plans- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environmentWorking Hours- Candidates must be flexible to work residential shift patterns, including:- Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm- Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am- 24-Hour Shift: 8:00am – 8:00am, including sleepover from 12:00am – 8:00am- Weekend and Public Holiday work may be requiredRequirements- A relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, Nursing Care, Disability Support or a related field- Good spoken and written English- A caring and person-centred approach- Ability to work effectively as part of a team- Flexibility to work residential shifts- Previous experience in healthcare, social care or disability services is an advantage- Full driving licence is desirableWhat’s Offered- Permanent, full-time positions- €14.50–€16.00 per hour, depending on experience- Premium Sunday rates- Double pay on Public Holidays- Full induction and ongoing support- Pay: €30,106.00-€38,532.00 per year
