The posting

Verksamheten Elisabethgården ligger fint beläget med stora grönytor och en vacker uppväxt trädgård cirka 5 km söder om Vimmerby. På Elisabethgården gör vi på uppdrag av socialtjänsten utredningar gällande barns behov och föräldrars förmåga att tillgodose barnens behov. Vår målgrupp är barn i åldern 0-16 år tillsammans med föräldrar. Utredningarna följer BBICs utredningsstruktur med inslag av Signs of Safety och grundar sig på samspelsobservationer mellan föräldrar och barn. Vi utgår från ICDP och TMO i vårt förhållningssätt. Idag har Elisabethgården ramavtal med drygt 190 kommuner i Sverige. Under en utredningsplacering är familjen placerad mellan 12-14 veckor. Ett team som består av utredare och kvalificerade kontaktpersoner utses och dessa ansvarar och planerar aktiviteterna för och i familjen under tiden de är på Elisabethgården. Om arbetet På Elisabethgården har vi under flera års tid utvecklat vår verksamhet och kvaliteten på vårt arbete håller en mycket hög nivå. Vi har under denna tid även utökat vårt tillstånd för att på så sätt kunna ta emot fler placeringar då efterfrågan ökat. Som utredare hos oss består dina arbetsuppgifter av samspelsobservationer, samtal med barn och föräldrar samt dokumentation. Utredningen skrivs enligt BBiC och det är du som utredare som sammanställer och skriver utredningen vilken avslutas med analys och bedömning samt förslag på insatser. Tjänsten är ett vikariat på sex månader med möjlighet till förlängning alternativt tillsvidareanställning. Arbetstiden är dagtid, 40 tim/vecka, måndag till och med fredag. Din profil Du har lätt för att skapa relationer, är nyfiken och engagerad. Du har ett empatiskt förhållningssätt, är strukturerad och van att hålla i och driva processer. Din utbildning är socionom eller likvärdig (socialrätt ska ingå) om minst 180 hp. Vi tror att du är en person som trivs att arbeta med människor och främst barn då Elisabethgården sätter barnen i centrum och utgår från Barnkonventionen samt barns rättigheter. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Du ska behärska svenska i både tal och skrift samt ha god datavana. Vid anställning behöver du lämna utdrag ur polisens misstanke- och belastningsregister. Vi förutsätter att du har körkort. Rekrytering sker löpande och anställning kan komma att erbjudas innan rekryteringstiden löpt ut.
