AI-Driven Engineering Culture

We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on. AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We rely on AI to significantly influence how work is done and to accelerate delivery, while maintaining a high bar for code quality, system reliability, and architectural clarity. The Role

You’ll architect and build scalable Java solutions that power our global social gaming platform, reaching up to 150 million customers worldwide.

What you will be doing

  • Write well-designed, testable and scalable code in a timely manner
  • Take part in the full development cycle from sprint planning to release cycles
  • Ensure smooth development and cooperation between dev teams and product owners
  • Build and maintain high-load systems that handle massive scale
  • Troubleshoot production issues using metrics, alerts, monitoring and profiling
  • Contribute to seamless scaling and automation initiatives

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience as a Java Engineer with strong Java Core knowledge (Java 8+) • Proven expertise in multithreading and high-load systems • Solid SQL knowledge and database optimization skills • Strong experience with Docker (docker swarm) and containerization ecosystem • Excellent troubleshooting skills with production monitoring tools (metrics/alerts/monitoring/profiling) • Good English communication skills in speaking and writing • Experience with SPA and modern mobile and web technologies Bonus points for: Experience with Clickhouse, GCP, Kafka ecosystem, ElasticSearch, Ebean, Protobuf, InfluxDB/Grafana, Google Services integration, or wallet service maintenance.
