Realizar o atendimento inicial a potenciais clientes (leads), compreender suas necessidades em relação a benefícios previdenciários e conduzi-los ao fechamento do contrato de prestação de serviços jurídicos.

1. Atendimento dos leads recebidos

  • Receber os leads encaminhados pelo SDR ou canais definidos.
  • Iniciar o contato com o cliente.
  • Apresentar o escritório e criar conexão.
  • Confirmar o motivo do contato.
  • Entender qual é a necessidade previdenciária do cliente.

2. Condução da conversa comercial Responsável por:

  • Entender a dor e objetivo do cliente.
  • Identificar a urgência do caso.
  • Demonstrar autoridade e segurança.
  • Explicar como o escritório pode ajudar.

3. Apresentação da solução Explicar ao cliente:

  • Qual serviço é indicado.
  • Por que aquele serviço é necessário.
  • O que será entregue.
  • Como funciona o acompanhamento.

4. Apresentação de proposta e honorários

  • Apresentar valores.
  • Explicar formas de pagamento.
