  • Gestion des commandes : Tu traites de manière autonome les commandes pour notre clientèle de Suisseromande et alémanique.
  • Support commercial : Tu élabores des offres précises, transmets les ordres d'achat à nos fournisseurs etcoordonnes les livraisons.
  • Interface \& collaboration : Tu travailles main dans la main avec le service externe des ventes, les achats etla logistique.
  • Polyvalence administrative : Tu participes activement à la vie du service et apportes ton soutien sur diversprojets administratifs.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Formation \& bagage : Formation commerciale achevée (CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent) avec une première expérience réussie dans l'administration des ventes.
  • Sens de l’organisation : Méthode de travail rigoureuse, autonome, proactive et orientée solutions.
  • Esprit de contact : Aisance relationnelle, sens du service client et plaisir à travailler en équipe dans unrythme dynamique.
  • Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du français (langue maternelle ou niveau C2\) et très bonnes connaissancesorales et écrites de l'allemand.
  • Outils informatiques : Maîtrise des outils MS Office usuels et facilité d'adaptation aux systèmes ERPmodernes.
